Two Franklin men are facing felony charges after being indicted in Macon County Superior Court this week.
Nathan Shane Humphries, age 20, was indicted by a Grand Jury and charged with attempting to escape from a local jail. Humphries was booked into the Detention Center on a $5,000 bond and is expected in court January 28.
Russell Thomas Johnson, age 29, received a true bill of indictment on a felony count of indecent liberties with a child. Johnson’s bond was set at $18,000 and he is due in court on the charge January 28.
