Now through January 31, 2013 KIDS Place of Franklin has an offer on the table to match donations dollar for dollar up to $20,000.
Alisa Ashe, executive director of the children’s advocacy center KIDS Place, explains the Atlanta-based Robert and Po
lly Dunn Foundation is offering the matching grant.
The funds would be a tremendous benefit for the nationally-accredited KIDS Place which provides hope and healing for children who have been abused and their families through coordinated services in a child-friendly place.
Additional critical services provided by KIDS place include medical evaluations for victims of abuse, court support and education, forensic interviews at the request of law enforcement and social workers, as well as many others.
Ashe is hopeful the community will take advantage of this opportunity to double their donations.
