More charges filed against burglary suspect

More charges have been filed against a Franklin man arrested earlier this month.

Reports filed by the Sheriff’s Office indicate 25-year old Justin Kyle Hodgins is facing an additional felony count of breaking and or entering, and a felony count of larceny. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of stolen goods. According to the report filed by Deputies, “Hodgins was arrested on the charges after he had jumped and ran from a vehicle and was located by K-9”.

His bond was set at $25,000 and he is due in court December 6.

On November 19, Hodgins was arrested on charges including attempted burglary, breaking and entering, larceny, and assault on a government official.
