This week the town of Franklin passed an ordinance to deal with junked or abandoned cars, and it appears their attention is now turning toward a nuisance and noise ordinance.
The town of Franklin’s Ordinance Review Committee will meet December 12
for discussions on a proposed nuisance ordinance.
A nuisance ordinance, if passed by the board of aldermen would give the Town an opportunity to define public nuisances and define their own ways of regulating them.
